RECRUITER

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruiter to join our growing vocational training organization.
The Recruiter will be responsible for generating leads, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and supporting them from initial inquiry to program start. This role plays a critical part in helping individuals access career-focused education and high-demand workforce training programs.

REQUIREMENTS
-
High school diploma or GED required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

1–3 years of experience in sales, admissions, recruiting, or customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate and guide prospective students

Comfortable working with enrollment targets and performance metrics

Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online tools

Experience in vocational education, workforce development, or adult education is a plus.
